1. Try & Buy Policy
- Our delivery personnel will bring two sizes of the selected apparel for you to try.
- You can try both sizes and choose the one that fits you best.
- If neither size fits or if you are not satisfied with the product quality, you may return both items immediately to the delivery person.
2. No Return or Exchange After Acceptance
- Once you confirm and accept a product at the time of delivery, it cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded under any circumstances
- Please ensure that you check the size, fit, and quality of the apparel before accepting the order.
3. Refund Policy
- If you decide to return both sizes at the time of delivery, you will receive a full refund (if pre-paid) within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- No refunds or exchanges will be entertained after the delivery person has left your location.
- In case of any manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately.
